Welcome to my debt, please take off your shoes
I had some inspections for my soon-to-be home last week - a thorough home inspection, a radon test, and a wood infestation inspection. Nothing horrible was turned up, just some windows with broken seals and a few electrical issues. All in all it looks like I'll get $1000 credit for these items at the settlement. Anyway, I took pictures so you can check the place out. I only had 100 speed film and it was a little dark so the colors are off a bit. The walls downstairs look a little green when they are actually light yellow. I even drew a wonderfully out-of-scale floor plan for navigation, pretty sweet, right?
